Goodweigh feedback: Over 1,000 customers completed our questionnaire about their experience with Goodweigh. The average rating: 8.3 out of 10. Nearly 9 in 10 customers say they would recommend us to friends or family. Not bad, but what lies behind these figures?

And where can we improve? In this blog, we’re sharing the honest results of our customer satisfaction survey: what’s going well, what could be better, and what we’re doing about it.

How do we measure Goodweigh experiences?

In June 2026, Goodweigh customers received a questionnaire containing 15 questions. The questions covered satisfaction with each aspect of our service, on a scale of 1 to 5, as well as how customers had found Goodweigh, why they chose us and what changes they’d like to see. In total, over 1,000 customers took part.

The open-ended questions were answered remarkably well: the question about support received 883 substantive responses, and the question about the personal portal received 720. This level of response is excellent for assessing the quality of our care.

The scores: what’s going well

All six aspects of the service scored an average of over 4.1 on a scale of 5. The highest-rated aspect is the order status information, with an average of 4.52 and 89 per cent of customers giving it a 4 or 5. This means customers know exactly where their medication is en route, which provides peace of mind during a process in which many people are already feeling uncertain.

Aspect Average % rating 4 or 5
Order status information4.5289%
Medical chat4.4088%
Customer service / communication4.3386%
Delivery speed4.2781%
Support during treatment4.2382%
Personal portal4.1978%

The medical chat and customer service also score highly, with 4.40 and 4.33 respectively. One customer described the sign-up process as follows: “An accessible start. I was able to try it out and then cancel afterwards.” This combination of accessibility and personal contact is mentioned in several responses as a reason to stay.

How likely are customers to recommend us?

When asked how likely a customer is to recommend Goodweigh to a friend or family member, on a scale of 0 to 10, customers give an average score of 8. Only 10 per cent give a score of 6 or lower, whilst half give a 9 or 10. This indicates that a large majority of customers would actively recommend us to people in their circle.

Room for improvement: being honest about areas for improvement

The lowest scores relate to the personal portal (4.19), support during treatment (4.23) and delivery speed (4.27). In the open-ended responses, which were well-substantiated, three requests came up most frequently. Almost one in five comments on the portal (19%) concerned the desire for a mobile app: “Why don’t you turn it into an app? It’s easier to use,” wrote one customer.

In addition, 15% of the service comments call for more human contact and more personalised support, with less reliance on chatbots and more opportunities to make phone calls. Finally, 12% mention the desire for a quicker response from the medical team, with clearer communication and no repetitive emails.

What are we doing with this feedback?

We take these comments seriously and are addressing the areas for improvement step by step. For the personal portal, we’re exploring how to make the experience more accessible and user-friendly, including the request for a mobile app. In terms of support, we’re looking at ways to make contact more personalised and less reliant on automated responses.

As for communication, we’re working on shorter response times from the medical team, so that customers receive answers more quickly and clearly. We won’t make any promises we can’t keep, but we’ll share concrete progress as soon as it’s available.

How do customers find us?

Google is by far the largest channel through which customers find us, with 426 mentions, followed by Instagram with 265 and word-of-mouth recommendations from friends and family with 156. Clients who came to us via a doctor or other healthcare professional are, on average, the most satisfied. That’s no coincidence: those who come through a professional have often thought more carefully about their choice and start with realistic expectations.

One customer who found us via social media put it this way: “I’d heard good things on Instagram; I’ve tried so many things already and this is really my last attempt – and honestly, it works. I’m so happy.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How reliable is a customer satisfaction survey with nearly 1,000 respondents?

A sample size of 997 customers is large enough to provide a reliable picture of the experience with Goodweigh. The more respondents there are, the lower the chance that random outliers will skew the average.

What exactly does a score of 8.3 mean?

The score of 8.3 is the average of all individual ratings provided by customers regarding their experience with Goodweigh, from the initial intake to ongoing support. While it provides a general overview, the underlying scores per category highlight our strengths and identify areas where there is room for improvement.

Why does the personal portal score lower than other components?

Customers primarily cite the desire for a mobile app and a more intuitive layout as reasons for the lower score. We are incorporating this feedback into the ongoing development of the portal.

Can I participate in future research as a customer?

Yes, active Goodweigh customers periodically receive invitations for surveys like this one. Want to know more about who we are and how we handle customer feedback? See who we are.

Will the guidance change as a result of this research?

We are working on increasing personal contact and reducing response times from our medical team. We will share concrete updates through our coaching and guidance as soon as they have been implemented.
