Medical questions

If you have any medical questions, we recommend contacting our medical team directly, as they know what is best for your health. You can do this by going to the chat page in your Goodweigh account.

In case of a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Goodweigh is not intended for medical emergencies. Once the emergency has been addressed or resolved, please contact our medical team, as this may affect your current treatment plan.
